We are officially kicking off a new season with high energy and inspiring momentum! As we gear up for what lies ahead, we are thrilled to welcome our International Team Members home. Representing 27 countries, this incredible group brings rich cultures, unique perspectives, and exceptional hospitality to our Polo Club community.

Our team has been hard at work elevating every aspect of our service, focusing on high-level hospitality training, refining the fine details, and strengthening connections.

A special thank you to Andy Stangenberg of Q Principle for an inspiring session that brought the principles of true hospitality to life. His training reminded us that how we show up matters just as much as what we do, giving our team fresh passion to ensure every detail counts for our Members.
