Boca West Country Club has achieved this honor for seven years in a row

BOCA RATON, FL, June 2, 2026 –For the seventh year running, Boca West Country Club has been named a 2026 South Florida Top Workplaces winner by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

The Top Workplaces program has an 18-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets.

This past Memorial Day, we gathered on the course not only for a day of golf, but in remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. ⛳

Surrounded by friendship, tradition, and gratitude, we honored the true meaning of the day while creating lasting memories together at Boca West. We remember their sacrifice today and always.

An enchanting evening for our Tanglewood at Boca West event.
Set against the backdrop of the Great Lawn, guests experienced a stunning outdoor performance by the Lynn Philharmonia, led by Jon Robertson. The evening culminated in a spectacular fireworks display — a dazzling finale to a beautiful celebration of music, culture, and community beneath the night sky. ✨🎼🎆
