The day I stopped caring what people thought about me is the day my business actually started to grow.

Not when I got the perfect branding. Not when I finally felt ready. Not when I had it all figured out.

When I dropped the ego.

Because here is the thing nobody talks about, your ego is costing you money. It is keeping you from posting that video. From making that call. From raising your prices. From saying out loud what you actually do and who you do it for. From walking into rooms that intimidate you.

Your inner foundation needs to be solid. Do some healthy brainwashing.

The women you surround yourself with are either expanding your belief system or shrinking it. There is no neutral.

Every conversation you have, every room you sit in, every voice you allow into your inner world is either building you up or quietly tearing you down. Most women do not even notice it happening.
This is why community is not a luxury. It is a strategy.

When you are inside the right room, surrounded by women who are building, earning, scaling, and refusing to settle... your nervous system starts to believe that level is normal.
