When you are in a room full of women who are closing deals, scaling businesses, and refusing to settle, your brain starts to recalibrate what is normal for you. Your standards go up. Your excuses go down. You stop tolerating the things that used to feel acceptable because the people around you would never accept them.

Mediocrity is not just a mindset, it is an environment. And if you are sitting in rooms that are not challenging you, not pushing you, and not requiring more from you, that environment is costing you more than you know.

Stop asking if your prices are too high and just go to market.

You are trying to intellectualize something that has nothing to do with logic. Your pricing is justified the moment you deliver results that matter more than the money your client is handing over.

That is it. Full stop. But here is where most women get stuck.

They have not quantified their transformation. They cannot tell you in numbers what their client gains by working with them.

So they drop their price to feel safer. Research shows that clients actually perceive higher priced services as higher quality which means you charging more does not push people away.

It attracts the right ones and repels the ones who were never going to pay anyway. You do not need to justify your price. You need to own it.

Abuse isn’t always what people expect it to be. It’s not always physical. It doesn’t always leave visible marks, but it can still quietly break someone from the inside out.

For a long time, I believed the same thing many women are taught to believe, that abuse only counts if there are bruises, scratches, or obvious violence. If none of that was happening, then maybe it was just “normal relationship problems.” Maybe he was just a “mean guy.” Maybe I was overthinking it.

But the truth is, emotional, mental, sexual, and financial abuse can exist in ways that are subtle, repeated, and deeply damaging, even when no one else can see it.

I remember reaching a point where I completely broke down. I was alone in the bathroom, in the dark, after eight years in that relationship. I was curled up on the floor, crying uncontrollably, feeling like I didn’t even understand what was happening to me anymore.

And in that moment, I did something so simple, but it changed everything.

I searched: “Why is my boyfriend bullying me?”

What I found in those few minutes completely shifted my reality. It gave words to what I had been living through. It helped me understand that what I was experiencing wasn’t just “bad behavior”, it was narcissistic abuse. Mental. Emotional. Sexual. Financial control. All of it.

And just like that, something clicked. I sat up, wiped my tears, and for the first time in years, I saw my situation clearly. Awareness didn’t just explain my pain, it opened the door to a completely new life.

I’m sharing this because so many women are living inside situations they haven’t even been able to name yet. And naming it is where everything begins to change.

Because once you see it clearly, you can no longer unsee it, and that’s where your transformation starts.

And that’s exactly why I talk about spaces like H Club, a place built for women who are ready to rebuild, rise, and actually scale their lives and businesses. Inside H Club, you get access to powerful masterminds, real sales and business workshops, high-level networking, and a 24/7 support chat so you’re never doing it alone.

If you’re more worried about being judged than being paid, that’s the real work.
Read that again.

You say you want revenue.
You say you want growth.
You say you want premium clients.

But you’re filtering every post.
Softening every offer.
Diluting every opinion.

Why?

Because you’re afraid of what they’ll think.
Old colleagues.
Family.
Women in your industry.

Judgment doesn’t pay you.
Visibility does.
Conviction does. Clear offers do.

The women who are getting paid at high levels?

They’re not immune to judgment.
They just decided income matters more than approval.

If criticism can silence you,
you are not ready for the level you say you want.

The real work isn’t your funnel.

It’s your confidence.

The energy you operate in every single day is either building your life or slowly dismantling it and most people are too comfortable to admit which one it is.

High frequency looks like waking up with intention, doing what you said you were going to do, protecting your mental clarity, celebrating others, investing in your growth, and showing up as a doer not just a talker.

Low frequency looks like procrastinating behind the mask of planning, numbing with alcohol and w**d every time life gets uncomfortable, gossiping, complaining, and surrounding yourself with people who are going nowhere and calling it loyalty. Let me be honest about something nobody wants to say out loud, reaching for a substance every time your life gets hard is not a personality trait, it is avoidance, and everything you are avoiding is stacking up on the other side waiting to crash to the ground.

Research confirms that the people you spend the most time with directly influence your income, your mindset, and your output, which means your circle is either an investment or a liability.

Your body cannot perform at its highest level, your mind cannot operate with clarity, and your business cannot scale to its full potential if you are consistently operating from a low frequency state.

Audit everything every month.

Your habits, your body, your mind, your relationships and be honest with yourself about whether your daily choices are moving you toward the life you want or quietly keeping you from it.

High frequency is not a vibe.

It is a decision you make every single day. 🖤

At times we live split between two versions of ourselves, the victim and the victor. We rehearse confidence, pretending to be powerful while still rooted in fear. Real transformation happens at the moment of the jump, when you stop going back and forth and fully release the old identity. The hardest part is letting one version of you die so the new one can live.

I am Sabrina Victoria, and this video description is mine. I made this video.

This is the work inside H Club, helping women build, grow, and scale their businesses through masterminds, networking, sales workshops, and a 24/7 support chat. Comment “LEVEL UP” to learn more.

Your brand is you.

The way you show up, the way you speak, the way you handle hard moments publicly, the way you treat people when the room is empty and nobody is watching, that is your brand.

So before you spend another dollar on logos and color palettes and content strategy, I need you to ask yourself one honest question.

Would you buy from you? 🖤

Someone recently told me “money isn’t everything,” and I nodded because I understood the sentiment.

But then I remembered a version of me sitting at a kitchen table with -$32 in my bank account, rent due, no one to call, nowhere to turn.

In that moment, money wasn’t a concept. It was everything.

Because when you’re trying to figure out how to feed your family with nothing, money is not abstract. It is the difference between a roof and no roof, food and hunger, safety and fear, options and none.

Money is not the meaning of life, but it is access to life. It’s the system the world runs on. And pretending otherwise is often a privilege of people who have never truly gone without.

Without it, there is no stability, no healthcare, no freedom of choice. That isn’t mindset. That is reality.

And I am tired of women being shamed for wanting it.

We’ve been taught that wanting money is greedy, that talking about it is inappropriate, that building wealth makes you less “good.” That conditioning has kept generations of women small, dependent, and financially vulnerable.

I want a lot of money.

Not to hoard it or show off, but because I know exactly what I would do with it. I have plans for a nonprofit for women who are where I once was—women with no roadmap, no resources, and no guidance on how to build their way out. I want to fund that. Build that. Leave something behind that changes lives beyond mine.

But I have to secure my oxygen mask first.

You know the rule: on a plane, you put your mask on before helping others. Not because you matter more, but because you can’t save anyone if you’re suffocating. You can’t give from empty.

So stop apologizing for wanting more. Stop shrinking your financial goals to make others comfortable.

Your desire for wealth is not a flaw.

Build the money first. Then use it to build something bigger than you. 🖤

Not every single mom is looking for a handout, and that's exactly the point.

Some women are ready to learn, grow, and create a better future for themselves. They aren't waiting for someone to save them. They're willing to do the work, develop new skills, and step into their potential.

That's the heart behind my mission. I want to help women come out of the darkness and build lives they are proud of.

That's also why I created H Club, a community designed to help women build, grow, and scale their businesses through masterminds, networking, sales workshops, and a 24/7 support chat.

If you’re constantly rebranding, you’re probably just avoiding selling.

I’m just going to say it.
Every three months it’s a new logo.

New colors.
New niche.
New “pivot.”

But have you actually made 50 sales calls?

Have you followed up with the leads sitting in your inbox?

Because rebranding feels productive.
It feels like you’re doing something.

You’re tweaking your website at midnight instead of asking someone to pay you.
I’ve seen this so many times.
It’s easier to change your font than to risk a “no.”

It’s easier to redesign than to be rejected.
At some point, it’s not alignment.

It’s avoidance.
Your business doesn’t need another aesthetic shift.

It needs conversations.
It needs offers.
It needs courage.

Stop hiding in Canva.
Go sell.
