Attention Yoga South friends! It's been a while. A friend of mine, Scott Schrey, is the founder and creator of this yoga mat. I have been practicing on it for several months and wanted to share its functionality. It provides extra cushion on joints, when needed, and gives alignment guidance. This is one of those, "I wish I had though of that" moments. Check it out!!
