🥎 Athlete Spotlight: Ella Helcoski 🥎

Before starting at NEPA Fit Club, one of Ella’s biggest struggles was building strength for pitching. Since putting in the work with us, she’s seen major improvements and has become stronger and more confident in her performance on the field. 💪

Since joining NEPA Fit Club, Ella has gained a lot of leg and core strength, along with better overall control in her movements and game performance. That hard work is clearly paying off!

Ella has already hit some huge milestones in her athletic career, including smashing 7 home runs and earning USA All-American honors — an incredible accomplishment! 🇺🇸🔥

When it comes to her favorite part about NEPA Fit Club, Ella says she loves the way the workouts are designed. Every workout is built with purpose to help athletes get stronger, move better, and perform at their best.

Ella would absolutely recommend NEPA Fit Club to other athletes. She says it not only improves athletic performance, but also helps build confidence both on and off the field.

We’re proud of all the hard work Ella continues to put in and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next! 👏

✨ Adult Spotlight: Cathy Pipcho ✨

When Cathy first started at NEPA Fit Club, one of her biggest struggles was committing to a workout routine — and like many people, she felt intimidated by gyms, especially because of her age. But that feeling quickly changed once she walked through our doors.

“NEPA Fit Club is anything but intimidating,” Cathy says. “It feels more like visiting friends and hanging out while improving your fitness.” 💪

After spending time in the ICU, Cathy was working hard to regain her balance and strength. Through consistency and determination, she’s made incredible progress. Her core stability, balance, and overall strength have improved tremendously since starting her journey with us.

One of the biggest wins for Cathy has been getting back to the activities she loves most. Her family enjoys hiking, and at one point she wasn’t sure she’d ever feel able to do that again. Now? She’s back on the trails — and even regained the confidence to handle her heavy e-bike alongside her husband. 🚴‍♀️🥾

What Cathy loves most about NEPA Fit Club is the supportive environment. “I’m training next to young athletes, and I know my goals are taken just as seriously as theirs,” she says. “The trainers and Mike are encouraging, personable, and knowledgeable. They know your name from day one.”

Cathy wholeheartedly recommends NEPA Fit Club to people of all ages and fitness levels, sharing that it can truly improve your life both mentally and physically. We’re so proud of everything she’s accomplished and grateful to have her as part of the NEPA Fit Club family! ❤️
