A few simple adjustments can help prevent a lot of long-term aches and pains:
✔️ Keep your monitor at eye level to maintain a neutral neck position
✔️ Use an adjustable chair, including armrests when possible
✔️ Keep your feet flat on the floor or supported by a footrest
✔️ Sit close enough to your desk so your posture stays upright
✔️ Keep your keyboard and mouse within easy reach
