Youth Personal Training

These student athletes have been with us since 6th grade and are the prime examples of why your child should be in our youth athleticism program "PRESTIGE". They just finished an UNDEFEATED SEASON in cross country for Jenks Athletics . From 1 medaling at every meet as an individual, to 1 of them being 1 if the fastest kids in the state, you cannot deny that having 2 1/2 years of strength, mobility, & sports specific training hasn't contributed to their overwhelming success.

These racks are absolutely perfect for EVERYTHING in 1 safe and efficient space in your garage gym, or a great option for other gyms out there looking to add to their arsenal. **weights sold separately**

Extremely easy to assemble. We were never disappointed by anything on these racks and will still keep 3 that have all the amenities these 2 have. We just want some space and different equipment.

We are extremely happy with how these turned out & can't wait to get these in your hands. We've simultaneously sent out 750 mailers to homes that fit our key demographic within 5 miles of our facility. We want you in here, we want you training, and we want you to finally be on a program that'll get you results.

LEGACY IS NOW 2 SEPERATE CLASSES
Starting September 1st our signature 80 minute class "Legacy" will be broken up into 2 independent classes to accommodate those with busier schedules and those interested in just a cardio class or just a strength class.
*LEGACY STRENGTH- This will become our signature strength class. Learn to perfect your form in the *essential 7* lifts from a certified personal trainer. Every workout is full-body and progresses with time and increases in difficulty at a rate of the individuals skill level. Finally, a class that tracks your progress and you get to strive for strength goals, while dropping body-fat. this is a 45 minute class M-F from 8-8:45a.m.
*LEGACY CARIO- We are pulling out all the stops for this class. Don't let the 30 minute duration fool you. Class starts at 9:00 and all circuits will be already set up, ready to go. Within 5 minutes start to sweat and feel the burn. This is circuit training at it's finest. High energy, non-stop action and exercises almost exclusive to our facility. *LC* will have you hurting for more. Burn up to 400 calories. M-F from 9-9:30.
