Pay attention to how you talk to yourself this week. "I can't lose weight." "I don't have time." "I'm too old for this." "I always fall off." Those aren't facts. They're sentences you've been repeating long enough that you started believing them. And the body you've got right now is the body those sentences built. Different story, different result. Every time. Start with one. Pick the loudest one and call it what it is. Not a fact. A choice.

Quick walkthrough on how to actually use FSA dollars for personal training: Step 1. Talk to your doctor. Ask for a Letter of Medical Necessity that names personal training as part of your treatment plan. Step 2. Submit it to your FSA or HSA administrator. They'll tell you what they need. Step 3. Start training. Pay with pre-tax dollars you've already set aside. That's it. Most people don't know it works, so they leave that money on the table at the end of the year.
