✨ Meet Theresa, Our New Pilates Instructor! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Theresa to the Greystone YMCA family! 💙

Theresa has been sharing her passion for movement as a Pilates instructor since 2024. As a lifelong athlete and workout enthusiast, she’s tried just about every type of workout class—but Pilates has truly captured her heart! 🧘‍♀️

Pilates completely transformed Theresa’s own body and changed her perspective on strength. She is currently working toward her comprehensive certification with Balanced Body and loves helping others discover the benefits of mindful movement. Her classes focus on building lasting strength, improving body awareness, and—of course—having a little fun with upbeat music along the way! 🎶💪

You can find Theresa leading Reformer groups at 7:30 AM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM at the Greystone YMCA. Come move, strengthen, and have some fun with her!

When she’s not teaching or training in the studio, Theresa is hiking with her beloved Golden Retriever, Caper 🐾, or searching for unique treasures at local estate sales.
