Our students got some incredible training on "Stranger Danger" and learned how to spot the tricks people might use to lure them away. At Gracie Gulf Coast, we aren't just teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: we are building a SAFE and STRONG community. Knowing how to defend yourself physically is vital, but knowing how to recognize and avoid danger is the ultimate self-defense skill! Just a quick update for all our early risers!

MORNING CLASSES ARE CANCELLED THIS WEEK starting today, Monday, April 6th, through Friday, April 10th. 🥋❌

We know how much you value starting your day with a sweat on the mats, but we’ve had to make some temporary schedule adjustments. Don't worry, we aren't going anywhere: we’re just hitting the pause button on the AM sessions for a few days!

THE EVENING SCHEDULE REMAINS THE SAME! 📈

This is a great chance to come down and get your rolls in with the night crew. It’s always a good idea to mix it up and test your technique against some different training partners. 🤙🔥

WE WILL BE BACK TO OUR NORMAL MORNING SCHEDULE NEXT WEEK!
