Allow us to reintroduce ourselves! Bamford Pro Fitness is now Reform Fitness Studio and we got an upgrade. We now offer both private personal training and private reformer and mat Pilates. We work with those who are new to exercise, recovering from an old injury, and those who wish to improve and maintain their overall health and fitness. The owner, Claire Pine, is a registered nurse, NASM personal trainer, and has completed both mat and reformer Pilates training in November, 2024 through the Pilates Associates Teacher Training Institute in Ithaca. She has been working diligently to complete the required hours to sit for the certification boards. She also specializes in health coaching and teaches clients how to be their own advocate. We collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physical therapists, registered dietitians, and various specialists to ensure you’re set up for success.
