We are pleased to share that Martha is moving up to black belt on Sunday, September 27. Students training can show up at 12:30pm as usual, and guests can do the same or by 1:15pm.

Then, everyone is invited to Picante for a meal afterwards.

We are delighted to share that new adult students train free in October. Students learn calm, grounding, and creative approaches to conflict resolution. It's a supportive and friendly group.

Classes meet four times a week. Please show up 30 minutes before the start time with long comfortable pants and a water bottle. And feel free to bring a friend!

We are wrapping up the Beginner Series next Friday, and will do these two strikes (and response options). It's a great chance to expand your skills, so come on out.

Our youth class for ages 7-12 is open all year round. And every two months, we open it up for parents to practice with us (family day).
