Thank you to Steve Winjet and Katy of SBG Edmonton for hosting my seminar this past weekend. It was a pleasure reconnecting with old friends and making new friends. The welcoming atmosphere and huge sense of community at the gym really shows what a great environment Steve and Katy built. I’m grateful for the hospitality and the opportunity to share the mats with everyone.
