Huge congratulations to Emma Vrabel on her well deserved promotion to purple-belt! Since joining the team Emma has been such a fun person to train with and just be around. She has a great personality, she’s always smiling but when it’s time to train buckle up because you are in for a battle. Emma I admire your warrior spirit, your excellent jiu jitsu skill and your focus,m. Keep up the great work, I can’t wait to see everything you accomplish. Ps. we owe Holly a Purple-belt pup 🐶 cup for all of her hard work😊.

No matter what the trends is Gi class will always be one of my favorite classes of the week. Technical rolls plus high energy equals a whole lot of fun.
