Join us this Thursday July 16th as we host what is sure to be a top notch Nogi Workshop with Rafael Capoeira who is a Blackbelt under Ryan Gracie, a former MMA fighter and Capoeira Master. He will be accompanied by . The workshop will begin at 6:30pm and will be followed by an open mat starting at 8:00pm. All teams are welcome. We are very excited and we can’t wait to see you there!

All In all great open mat. we appreciate you coming through and I’m thankful we got exchange energy on the mats. As I said you are one of coolest guys I’ve me during my Jiu Jitsu Journey if you need anything g in the future let me know. It goes without saying you are always welcome at Lycan. We have a few Blackbelts that left before we got the picture but thank you to everyone that showed up tonight. I am truly grateful.
