For 7.5 years, we’ve loved creating a space where you can step away from the busy, move your body, connect with community and carve out a little space that’s just for YOU.

This fall’s lineup:

🩷 Prenatal Yoga — Saturdays, 10:30–11:45am with Natalie Natalie Bowker
💙 Mom + Baby Yoga — Thursdays, 10:30–11:45am with Rachel Rachel Shachar Augustine
💛 Yoga Mama — Tuesdays, 6:30–7:45pm with Kat Kathleen Trimmer Gregory
💛 Yin + Restorative Yoga — Sundays, 6:30–7:45pm with Natalie Natalie Bowker
🩷 Yoga Wall Series — Thursdays, 6:30–7:45pm with Rachel Rachel Shachar Augustine

Most series begin the week of September 14 and will be offered twice back-to-back this fall, so you can keep your practice going. Yoga Wall begins at the end of October.

Kids already want to climb, swing, jump, hang and run — Ninja gives them a place to do it! 💥 And along the way, they build strength, confidence, coordination and some pretty awesome skills.

And parents, fall is almost here and we try to make it easy on you too! We have multiple class options each week for different age groups, with Ninja programs for kids 10 months–13 years old.
