At Boss Sports Performance, our core values are EXCELLENCE, JOY, GRIT, HUMILITY, and COMPASSION. These values define who we are, guide how we train, and shape the kind of athletes and people we strive to become.
This year, no athlete embodied those values more completely than Brooklyn.
She pursues EXCELLENCE in everything she does, consistently showing up with a commitment to improve and a determination to be her best. She brings JOY to every training session, creating energy that makes those around her better and reminding us that hard work and fun can coexist.
Brooklyn’s GRIT has been evident throughout the year. She embraces challenges, pushes through adversity, and continues to move forward when others might quit. Despite her accomplishments, she carries herself with HUMILITY, always willing to learn, accept coaching, and put the success of the team above individual recognition.
Most importantly, Brooklyn demonstrates COMPASSION through the way she treats others. She encourages her teammates, celebrates their successes, and consistently shows care and respect for everyone around her.
Athlete of the Year is about more than performance. It’s about character, leadership, and living out the values that define our community.
