Our focus is to provide a warm and open space for the newest of yogis to advanced practitioners. We offer a variety of classes to fit your yoga needs and schedule. We aim to become an integral part of your healthy lifestyle and enhance your physical and emotional well being through our classes. Our experienced instructors come from all walks of life and provide support on and off the mat. People o

f all athletic abilities can find the benefit of stepping onto their mat consistently. In addition to the physical benefits of improving flexibility, gaining strength, and improving overall health, yoga can help the mind be still. Yoga can also help people find relief from stress, and come to a place of self-actualization. It allows a quiet space and time for self reflection. Using this time for reflection, self-compassion and personal growth often manifest. We invite you to join us for any and all of our classes that we offer throughout the week! To get the most out of your yoga experience, we encourage you to practice consistently. Please take a look at our membership options to see what fits best for you! That’s a wrap! Our Thailand Relax & Renew retreat was more than we could have hoped for.

Our team is growing!

Don’t worry… the OG’s (pup Chloe included) aren’t going anywhere, we’re just continuing to expand our family, and we couldn’t do it without all of you ❤️

Meet Shaye!

Shaye has been sharing her love for yoga since 2018, helping students discover the magic of movement. She’s found that yoga guides you into the present moment via the breath and this is where real transformation happens—bringing peace, balance, and a whole lot of calm to our busy lives. Shaye brings a down-to-earth vibe to her classes, from restorative to vinyasa, making everyone feel right at home, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out.

As a certified yoga instructor and transformative life coach, Shaye is all about the mind-body-soul connection, and she sprinkles that magic into every session. Her playlists? They’re like a little escape for your mind, setting the perfect tone for you to unwind and find your flow. An adventurous free spirit with a playful heart, Shaye loves inspiring others to explore their own inner world and embrace the journey of personal growth.

Welcome to the family, Jess!

Since Jess first discovered the practice of yoga & the presence offered by her mat in 2018 - she’s never turned back! Her yoga teacher training showed her the power of community & fulfillment of following your passions. Yoga was the first spark that led her down the path of transitioning out of the corporate world & becoming a holistic life coach & practical astrologer. Jess’s classes feel like a balance between simply arriving as you are, getting curious about how shapes feel in your body, and invitations to add on challenging activations when it feels right to you. Outside of the yoga studio, Jess loves the Bend life of running or hiking on forest trails, hanging with her dogs & partner, and going on adventures.

Spain, Morocco, and Gibraltar were amazing, but really it’s these incredible souls that made this last week so special ❤️

We’ll share more soon, but a little rest is needed from all of the adventures we just had! 😜
