🎉 I'm so excited to be able to bring Yoga to GymClass! My dear friend & experienced teacher Jyoti will be leading the sessions.

Through the month of October, these sessions will be *FREE* & open to any ladies who want to try it out *space is limited, so reservations are required

Classes will be Tuesdays @ 10am and Thursdays @ 5pm

Are you finding it difficult to hit your protein goals each day bc you’re not sure what to eat?

Try this 👇 to evaluate whether a food has a good ratio of protein to calories. Especially helpful when are eating a ratio of higher protein to lower calories

1. Pick a food, get the protein grams & calories
2. Add a zero to the protein number & compare to calories
3. If protein is equal or greater than calories 👍. If protein is less than calories 👎

Example:

Peanut butter
1. 4 grams protein, 95 calories
2. 40/95
3. 👎

Greek yogurt
1. 25 protein, 150 calories
2. 250/150
3. 👍

Cottage cheese
1. 26 protein, 200 calories
2. 260/200
