Ingredients 🗒
-1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
-1 Cup Rolled Oats
-1/4 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-2 Egg Whites
-2 Splenda Packets (optional)
-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
-Blueberries (optional)
Prep: 🍳
1.In a saucepan over high heat, place the
rolled oats and salt. Add 3 cups of water and
cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5
minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup
water as needed as the mixture thickens
2. Add the protein powder and vanilla extract to
the saucepan and stir until well combined
3. Turn the heat down to low. Add the egg
whites and whisk vigorously until fully
combined.
4. Add Splenda and cinnamon and stir to
combine. Remove from heat and serve
immediately.
5. (Optional): top with about 50g of blueberries and enjoy!
