Looking for a lean+mean way to start the morning? Try this recipe!

Ingredients 🗒
-1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
-1 Cup Rolled Oats
-1/4 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-2 Egg Whites
-2 Splenda Packets (optional)
-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
-Blueberries (optional)

Prep: 🍳
1.In a saucepan over high heat, place the
rolled oats and salt. Add 3 cups of water and
cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5
minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup
water as needed as the mixture thickens

2. Add the protein powder and vanilla extract to
the saucepan and stir until well combined

3. Turn the heat down to low. Add the egg
whites and whisk vigorously until fully
combined.

4. Add Splenda and cinnamon and stir to
combine. Remove from heat and serve
immediately.

5. (Optional): top with about 50g of blueberries and enjoy!

Looking for a tasty no-bake protein bar recipe? We got you!

Ingredients: 🗒
1 Scoop Whey Protein Of Choice
1/3 Cup Rice Krispies
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Milk of Choice
1 Oreo (Optional)

Prep: 🥣
1. Mix protein powder, Rice Krispies, peanut
butter, and milk in a bowl until well combined.

2. Crush optional Oreo and mix into your dough.

3. Form dough into bars and move to
refrigerator. Leave in refrigerator at least one
hour.

Cut the bars up then serve!

How we measure success matters.

If we only base our opinion of ourselves on the things we can CONTROL (how hard we work, how disciplined we can be, how much we act like the person we want to become)...
..we never fail.

In need of a protein ball recipe that's not loaded with fat? We got you! 👊

🗒Ingredients:
-3/4-1 Scoop of Preferred Protein Powder
-1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
-4 tbsp of PBFIT
-1/4 Cup Sugar Free Syrup
-2 tbsp Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

🍽Prep Work:
1.Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
until well combined.

2.Add syrup and stir until
dough is well combined. If crumbly, gradually add more syrup until consistency is thick but moldable.

3.Add in chocolate chips (optional) and mix
together.

4.Roll into small dough balls and place on a
baking sheet lined with parchment paper

5.Move baking sheet into the refrigerator for at
least one hour, then enjoy!!!
