Looking for a head start on your upcoming sports season? Want to stay active, build strength, and have fun this summer? Our Youth Sports Performance Camp has something for EVERY ability level!
Participants ages 8β15 will learn:
π₯ Proper warm-up routines
π₯ Weightlifting fundamentals
π₯ Speed & endurance training
π₯ Agility and explosive movement skills
π₯ Fun interactive games and activities
