Session 2 of Junior Camp brought some new faces to our golf squad! The Club at Bryce makes sure we have excellent Coach to participant ratios, and as a result, we are able to ensure the junior golfers have the best possible experience!
This session we wrapped up the week with a full combine so the campers could show how strong their individual skills are. The 4 stations included a chipping challenge, a bunker challenge, a long drive challenge, and a putting challenge (not pictured). After points were tallied, the kids chose prizes, then, enjoyed an afternoon of friendship at the pool.
We are looking forward to Session 3- can’t wait to see you on the practice greens in a few weeks!

The athletes at Junior Camp learned so much during Session I!
Starting on Sunday, campers learned essentials like how to tee up a ball, and how to treat the course with respect, and by Thursday they were striping balls down the fairway, and mastering bunker shots.
It was a sure way to make friendships that will last, on the course and off.

The 44th Annual Bryce Ladies Golf Tournament was held Saturday, June 6, 2026. The community banded together to raise funds for charities and programs in Shenandoah County.
This tournament is a perfect reminder that golf is fun, social, and a stress reliever! There were beginners, competitive golfers, and players who came to soak up the positive energy, so needless to say there was something for everyone. Thank you to the committee that organizes this massive event, thank you to the volunteers that make it possible, thank you to the Groundskeepers and Superintendent for keeping the course flawless, and thank you to the Bryce community for making this event a success.

Golf enthusiasts witnessed a penalty during the first round of the 2026 PGA Championship. South African golfer Garrick Higgo was assessed a two-stroke penalty for arriving ONE minute late to his 7:18 AM tee time. The tardiness resulted in starting the round with a double bogey.

Having a successful outing on the course starts with knowing golf etiquette, the first rule of which is “Arrive Early”. The Club at Bryce recommends you arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled tee time. This gives you enough time to check in, load your cart, warm up, and be on your tee box at your tee time, ready to hit.

Come practice your golf etiquette as you enjoy a round at The Club at Bryce. Our scenic 18-hole golf course is suitable for individuals of all skill levels.
