Hello everyone! As some of you may know, a few members of the weight club have begun forming a Clemson Powerlifting Team, which will be competing at the USA Collegiate Nationals in April. Come join us for day of powerlifting! Powerlifting is a weightlifting sport consisting of squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each athlete gets three attempts per lift. There will be no weight classes, simply male and female. Wilks points will be used to determine the winner of male and female groups....
