I made two different flavors of ice cream, besides Dole Whip. Sea Salt date caramel, only one left. They have half the sugar as the regular ice cream. Same with the brand new one I made by popular demand… Coffee, cacao, date caramel.

The ice cream was a hit! New products in the store; cheese curds, (also known as dry cottage cheese. Add yogurt for creaminess and probiotics) Also restocked labneh cheese, and Dole Whip 🫠🍦🍍which is like a pineapple sorbet. Listen to a review in the comments.

I had some guinea pigs for taste testing yesterday to tell me, which is their favorite dessert of the new recipes. I’m trying, and some old tried and true versions reviews were pretty mixed and all over the place which was whose favorite. Which sounds best to you?

Homemade Fall Treats!

Pumpkin Raisin Cookies
Made with homegrown squash and iced with our homemade labneh cheese or yogurt, vanilla, and honey. Finished with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Date Bites
Dates filled with peanut butter and pumpkin, topped with our homemade organic cacao chocolate.

Chocolate Banana Cups
Made with chocolate and banana, topped with organic pumpkin seeds or coconut.

Pumpkin Cottage Cheese Cheesecake
Made with our homemade yogurt and cottage cheese for a protein-packed treat with probiotics. Served on a gluten-free almond crust, drizzled with mountainberry syrup, and topped with our homemade icing and pumpkin seeds.

Homemade Cacao Chocolate Bark
Our homemade organic cacao chocolate sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.

Also made the dog some squash dog treats made with organic oats.

A little taste of fall, made from scratch with ingredients we love to grow and make right here at home!

Labneh cheese is so good heated up!

Mitch always loves his ice cream! And he’s always happy with my vanilla and everyone says it’s their favorite ice cream they’ve ever had. But yesterday Mitch said this is the best ice cream I ever made! Coffee and cacao. We have some For Sale in the freezer. We use pure cream, no milk.

Pumpkin cottage cheese-cake. Protein galore! Probiotics and gluten-free. The crust is crushed almonds and our butter. The icing is our yogurt and.labneh cheese, with our vanilla and honey frosting.

Kimchi Salsa!!! With our homemade dry cottage cheese. Get some kimchi and add it to your salsa for a great probiotic boost! Kimchi goes great in everything!

And lots and lots of milk! And our fresh homemade yogurt.

What is an honor-system Farm Store?

The Serenity Farm Store is a little place where you can stop in, pick up some good farm food, and pay on the honor system. No cashier, no fuss. Just a little trust and good old-fashioned honesty.

Shopping local helps support small farms and keeps good food close to home.

We had a little dry spell with the milk, but Flora is pumping it out again, and I have plenty in stock!

Right now we have raw milk, butter, buttermilk, homemade yogurt, labneh cheese, and kimchi.
