Technology gave us a run for our money tonight, but we muscled through and had a fantastic Monday night class! 💪💃🏻

The happy happy highlight of my evening was realizing we had THREE generations in class together. A Grandmother, a mother, and a daughter all moving, laughing, and making memories side by side. 💜

Fitness truly is for every age, and my heart is full watching this community and Jazzercise Bartow grow stronger together. 🤗
