On Saturday mornings at 9:00 am, we do a full body workout with weights! We stress the importance of exercise, nutrition and overall health and wellness. In October we stress the importance of breast cancer awareness and the benefits of a regular fitness regime. “You don't need to do intense exercise to lower your risk of breast cancer. Women who get activity equal to walking 30 minutes a day have about a 3 percent lower risk of breast cancer than women who aren't active.” Pleas feel free to come as our guests and workout with us.
