Happy Monday!!! 💖✨

FOUR DAYS TO GO! 😭🔥

I leave bright and early tomorrow morning to drive to my coach’s house, then we fly from Birmingham to Pittsburgh Wednesday morning!

I would truly appreciate all the prayers for safe travels and travel mercies—especially as I make the drive by myself tomorrow. 🙏🏼

Going on this trip without Mike will be a HUGE step outside my comfort zone. But I feel like this is something I need to experience for myself—a chance to challenge myself, trust God, grow, and level up.

I’ve worked incredibly hard for this moment, and now it’s time to embrace every part of it. Pittsburgh, here I come! 💪🏼💖✨

ASSISTED STRETCHING ≠ MASSAGE

As a stretch coach, sometimes I'm asked how assisted stretching differs from massage.

Massage primarily focuses on soft-tissue techniques. Assisted stretching focuses on movement by helping improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.

During a session, I guide you through controlled stretches while you relax and allow me to assist with the movement.

* Designed to support mobility and flexibility
* Beneficial for areas that may be difficult to stretch independently
* Relaxing, with a movement-focused purpose

As a certified stretch coach, I do not provide massage services. My goal is simple:

To help you move more comfortably, feel better, and safely stretch beyond what you may be able to achieve on your own.

Assisted stretching and massage are different services with different purposes, and both can be valuable components of a wellness routine.

As someone who values health and wellness, both stretching and massage are part of my fitness routine!

💗 OUT OF OFFICE REMINDER 💗

Hey everyone! Just a reminder that I am officially out of the office through Monday, September 7th while I’m traveling and competing.

I will return to in-person training with clients on Tuesday, September 8th.

📲 PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR REGULAR CHECK-INS NEXT WEEK!

Even though I will be unavailable during our normal check-in time, I still need you to submit your check-in as usual. Please send your:

✅ Fasted progress photos
✅ Fasted scale weight
✅ Completed check-in form

Do not skip your check-in simply because I am away. Continue following your current meal plan, training program, and cardio until you receive an update from me.

I will be unavailable for the majority of the week and will have very limited access to the app, messages, and email. If you need me, you are absolutely welcome to leave me a message. Just understand that I will respond when I have the opportunity to do so rather than on my normal schedule.

I plan to have messages, emails, and check-ins addressed by September 7th, and then it’s back to business and back to training my clients beginning September 8th! 💪

They show up, work hard, push one another, and give every session their all. They are living proof that age is literally just a number. Strength, determination, and a little bit of sass don’t come with an expiration date! 😉👑

WHY I’M NOT JUST A PERSONAL TRAINER

Yes, I’m a certified personal trainer—but getting you through a workout is only one small part of what I do.

A personal trainer can give you a great workout for 30 or 60 minutes. But your results are also determined by what happens during the other 23 hours of your day.

That’s why I consider myself your coach.

I don’t simply stand beside you, count reps, and send you home. I look at the whole picture:

🚶‍♀️ Your cardio and daily activity

I want to know why you’re struggling. I want to teach you how to prepare, how to make better choices, how to train correctly, and how to keep going when motivation has packed its little suitcase and left town.

My job isn’t to make you dependent on me forever. My job is to educate you, empower you, and help you understand the process so you can eventually walk into any gym—or face any difficult season of life—and know exactly what to do.

Whether you train with me in person, virtually, or through a hybrid program, you’re not simply purchasing workouts.

You’re receiving structure. Education. Accountability. Support. Strategy. And someone who is genuinely invested in seeing you succeed.

I don’t just want to help you complete a workout.

There is something powerful about a room full of women choosing to show up for themselves. 🩷💪🏼

This morning’s Diva Group Training Class was full of hard work, encouragement, laughter, sweat—and possibly a few quiet threats directed toward the coach. 😂

These ladies worked through a total-body circuit that challenged their strength, endurance, and determination. They pushed themselves, supported one another, and kept moving even when it got uncomfortable.

That is what Dirty Divas Training is all about.

It isn’t about being the strongest woman in the room or keeping up with the person beside you. It is about meeting yourself where you are, giving your best effort, and leaving a little stronger than when you walked in.

These women have jobs, families, responsibilities, and schedules pulling them in every direction—but this morning, they made themselves a priority. They claimed one hour for their health, strength, and confidence.

Ladies, I am so proud of the work you put in today! Thank you for trusting me to challenge you, coach you, and remind you that you are capable of so much more than you realize.

Strong women don’t just happen.

They are built—one workout, one choice, and one badass Saturday morning at a time. 🔥

Y’ALL HELP ME CELEBRATE THIS DIVA!!! 🖤🔥

Chance hit her weight goal TODAY—and you know what that means…

We celebrate this one, and then we set the next one. 🎯

But the number she hit today isn’t even the biggest part of this story.

CHANCE IS OFFICIALLY DOWN 30 POUNDS! 👏🔥

She has been working with me for a little less than two years, and I’m going to tell you something about her journey: it has not been fast.

There were stops. Starts. Hard seasons. Stress. Life changes. Days when nutrition wasn’t perfect. Days when motivation wasn’t there.

But she kept showing up.

And then something changed.

Chance started choosing Chance.

She began focusing on herself.
She started making herself a priority.
She became more consistent with her training.
She tightened up her nutrition.
She got serious about her cardio.
And slowly but surely, our little turtle 🐢 started MOVING.

Now here we are—30 POUNDS DOWN.

But if you ask me what her greatest transformation has been, I’m not going to tell you it’s the weight.

It’s HER.

It’s the confidence she exudes now.

It’s the happiness radiating from her.

It’s the strength she has discovered in herself.

And it’s that brightness that’s back in her smile. ❤️

I’ve had the privilege of watching this woman walk through one hell of a season and come out on the other side discovering an entirely different version of herself.

THAT is why I coach.
