A big thank you to our Summer College Intern, David Moulder, for all of his hard work this summer! 👏

While much of his work happened behind the scenes, he was an invaluable part of our team, assisting our Parks Admin Team and Parks Maintenance staff with a wide variety of projects. His willingness to learn, lend a hand, and tackle whatever was needed helped keep our parks and facilities running smoothly.

We appreciate everything he contributed this summer and are grateful for the positive impact he made. We wish him all the best as he continues his education and future career! 🌳🌟

We're excited to partner with Bee’s Bakehouse, Kona Ice of East Memphis, and Let's Be Frank for attendees to purchase good eats and drinks during our event this Saturday!

Bee's Bakehouse will be serving up their delicious deep dish cookies, cold brew coffees, and their dirty sodas and lemonades; Kona Ice will have their delicious lineup of flavors for their icees; and, Let's Be Frank will be bringing their delicious assortment of hot dogs (beef, turkey, and veggie options) and smoked sausage!

School is just around the corner! Lets celebrate! 🤓📚

We are partnering with the City of Bartlett Public Library, Cares Bartlett, and Shelby County Community Services to throw a back-to-school bash! 🎉

We will be giving away free backpacks and supplies (while supplies last), offering haircuts, health screenings, and more through local vendors. Enjoy a day filled with food trucks, games, inflatables, crafts, and plenty of fun activities for all ages!

A huge thank you to our Summer High School Intern, Kayin, for an incredible summer! 👏

From Food Truck Fridays and Rec Rover pop-ups to helping at our facilities and jumping in wherever needed, he truly became our "jack of all trades." No matter the task, he showed up with a positive attitude and a willingness to help make every event a success.

Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication this summer. We appreciate everything you did for us and wish you all the best in the year ahead!
