New class offering for beginners looking to ease into the Pvolve method.
If you are interested in increasing mobility, stability, and strength in a low-impact environment so your body can start feeling good, now and into the future, this is the perfect class for you.
Working out doesn’t haven’t to hurt your body to be effective.
We created this class intentionally so that people of all ages and fitness levels would feel comfortable learning the Pvolve method.
We recommend newcomers begin with a Sculpt class or a Sculpt and Recovery class - as they are designed to meet you where you are and everyone class is scalable but we also know that some may look for a beginners focused class where they enter with other beginners to the method.
To kick things off, we are hosting a free micro intro this Saturday, June 6th at 1pm - sign up at Pvolve Barrington or through the link in bio. Limited space available.
Then join us June 10th and 24th for beginners Sculpt.
