New class offering for beginners looking to ease into the Pvolve method.

If you are interested in increasing mobility, stability, and strength in a low-impact environment so your body can start feeling good, now and into the future, this is the perfect class for you.

Working out doesn’t haven’t to hurt your body to be effective.

We created this class intentionally so that people of all ages and fitness levels would feel comfortable learning the Pvolve method.

We recommend newcomers begin with a Sculpt class or a Sculpt and Recovery class - as they are designed to meet you where you are and everyone class is scalable but we also know that some may look for a beginners focused class where they enter with other beginners to the method.

To kick things off, we are hosting a free micro intro this Saturday, June 6th at 1pm - sign up at Pvolve Barrington or through the link in bio. Limited space available.

Then join us June 10th and 24th for beginners Sculpt.

Celebrate Pride with an all-levels Sculpt class .

We’re celebrating happy hour with a 4:30 pm class on June 12th in partnership with Rhode Island Pride.

Ticket proceeds will benefit   

Move with purpose and celebrate Pride with us. Wear your brightest colors, enjoy an energizing full-body sculpt class, and support a great cause.
    •    When: June 12th, 2026
    •    Time: 4:30 PM-5:20 PM (the class is 50 minutes, inclusive of warm up and cool down)
    •    What to Bring: Just bring sneakers and we’ll provide the vibes and equipment!
    •    What is a Pvolve Sculpt Class: The Pvolve Method’s Sculpt class is our signature, low-impact workout that combines functional movement with resistance equipment to build total-body strength, mobility, and stability. Rather than isolating muscles, it mimics everyday movements to promote long-term joint health, better posture, and lean muscle tone.

Rhode Island Pride brings together the greater LGBTQIA+ community to commemorate diverse heritage, foster inclusion, educate and create awareness of issues, and celebrate achievements in equality.

Pvolve has a full body focus on strength training - where each class targets leg strength. In our weight training classes, we also offer focused lower body workouts, where you use heavier weights to build lean muscle to strengthen your glutes, quads and hamstrings.
