Starting today, we’ll be posting a new Best Self Principle every Saturday — one for each week of the year.

Each principle is designed to help you grow stronger, clearer, and more aligned — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about becoming your best self, one powerful idea at a time.

And we’re starting with the foundation:



🧭 Principle 1: Know Who You Are

Theme: Self-Awareness & Identity

Who are you beneath the roles, routines, and expectations?

Not what you do.
Not who others think you are.
Not even who you used to be.

Two weekends ago, our Best Self family came together in the most heartwarming way—to celebrate the upcoming arrival of our baby boy 💙

A few of of our incredible clients hosted a baby shower for us, and we were overwhelmed with love, laughter, and support from our amazing community.

From the thoughtful details to the sweet moments captured by a fellow member (and beyond talented photographer), this day was a reminder that Best Self is so much more than just a gym—it’s a family.
