Choosing child care is a big decision. We’re here to make it feel a little easier.

At the Greater Providence Y, our early learning centers offer more than a classroom. Children are cared for by nurturing staff, supported through age-appropriate learning, and encouraged to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Enrollment is available at our early learning centers in Seekonk, Providence, and South County.

We found these super cute lobster-shaped sandals hanging out in our lost & found, and they’re patiently waiting to scuttle back home.

Early learning is part of the Greater Providence YMCA’s work to help children and families thrive.

At our early learning centers, children build confidence, curiosity, and a love of discovery through art, sensory play, hands-on exploration, and caring relationships with teachers.

GPYMCA early learning programs are offered at South County YMCA, Newman YMCA, and Mt. Hope Child Care Center in Providence.
