Ave Bootcamp Morning Class Every Tuesday & Thursday at 9am and Saturday 8:45am in South Park in Ave Maria across the street from the Fire Department. AMU Students $2!

All you need is a towel, a water, a mat! Unlimited monthly package $52 ($4 per class) or drop in class fee $7.

Nothing more beautiful than seeing these kids and these babies coming to class with their parents and grandparents and embracing the opportunity to pair fun, fitness & discipline. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a babysitter. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a support system. Together we’re a TEAM & there’s no excuse to not show up, smile and be a positive influence for the next generation 🙌🏽🫶🏽
