For the past 10 years we have been able to impact thousands of lives and helped so many start a healthy active lifestyle!

Today, we began to remember all the fitness communities we have been able to build and we remembered how we began. People only see the tip of the iceberg and think we always had this big following and that our success in the fitness community was over night but let me tell you it was built with a lot of hard work!

Our first bootcamp was only with 4 participants (my mom, my dad, my wife and her mom 😂😅) but we kept on pushing and after 10 months we had a community of over 90+ participants in Weston where we lived 💪🏽🔥

From there we started developing different fitness communities around southeast Florida with great success and many lives changed!

We believe that God gave us the gift of life for a great purpose on earth and we must take care of our health completely... BODY, MIND & SPIRIT! That’s what we focus on! Not just physique but overall health so that people can really feel great!

We moved in Naples back in 2021 and we began our project here in the beautiful community of Ave Maria. We didn’t know anyone here but we were determined on making a huge impact in the SWFL region so we began a year ago with our bootcamps. I’m proud to say that our Ave Bootcamp family is 200+ strong and keeps on growing! 💪🏽💯🔥 And I am certain this will keep growing and spreading to other areas here!

Staying in shape during Christmas and new year should not be hard! Here are some tips to help you stay in shaper during the holidays:

1. STAY ACTIVE! Schedule yourself have realist goals! If you plan to worklut 4-5 times a week and plan to workout 1 hour or more each time, in the instance you miss 1 or more workouts you’ll lose motivation and end up disappointed. Instead plan at least 2 workouts a week of only 30 mins and be efficient with them. HIIT/strength training is a good choice.

2. Eat before heading out to holiday parties! By doing so, you can eat something that will help you stay in your nutritional plan and when you arrive to those gatherings you will no longer be tempted to overindulge.

3. Drink plenty of water! This can satiate your appetite as well as keep you hydrated at all times. And it will also prevent a possible hangover if you overdo it with alcohol.

4. Prioritize your workouts! Plan to workout early in the morning so you don’t run the risk of missing the workout due to holiday activities later in the day.

5. EAT LESS MORE OFTEN! Splitting your meals to 5 - 6 meals instead of 2 huge meals can help you avoid over eating.

6. Finally.... ENJOY YOURSELF!! Enjoy the family, create memories and enjoy the great food! No need to create a negative relationship with food instead prepare yourself and plan ways to keep your habits going without the need to restrain yourself. Enjoy yourself and be mindful of the portions.
