Congratulations to the Ava high-school Golf team winning the SCA tournament yesterday in Mountain Grove.
The team shot a 338 and won by 4 shots.
1st team all conference Thomas Ellison shot a 77.
1st team all conference Carter Loftin shot a 80.
2nd team all conference Kelton Wiedmeier shot a 83.

To Ava CC members:
We are in the early stages of getting 6 new cart sheds built, each shed to hold 2 carts, for a total of 12 new slots.
We are asking interested members to pay for the project. IF interested, a member will be asked to pay $2,137.00
The first 12 members who participate will be given the slots. The total cost of the project is $25,644.00
For your contribution, you will receive 12 years of ownership of your slot. Members with electric carts will be asked to pay an additional $100.00 per year. A contract has been drawn up by Wade Law Firm, that each donor will receive, that on the anniversary of the 12th year ownership will revert back to the Ava Country Club.
The contract is transferable in the event a member cannot use the full 12 years.
A seperate account has been opened at Town & Country Bank where funds can be deposited. Once 12 members have participated, the account will be closed and the funds used to pay for construction.
We look forward to the completion of this project and getting all members a shed for their carts.
