Wrapping up the year with a 10,000-square-foot custom home and an 8,000-square-foot man cave was the perfect way to end an incredible season. Cooler Green Solutions recently finished an open-cell spray foam project on a new workshop in Dripping Springs, creating a cleaner, quieter, and far more comfortable space for the owner. Workshops in Central Texas deal with extreme heat, humidity, and dust, so this building needed insulation that could fully seal the structure and deliver long-term energy efficiency. Open-cell spray foam was the ideal choice due to its strong air-sealing performance, sound reduction, and ability to keep indoor temperatures stable year-round.
