If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent a lot of your life putting everyone else first. There’s always another responsibility, another person who needs something, or another reason to wait before taking care of yourself.

The truth is, there will probably never be a “perfect” time to start. Sometimes you just have to decide that you’re worth the effort today.

Choose yourself. Go for the walk. Drink the water. Set the boundary. Start the healing journey. Whatever that next step looks like for you, take it. Your future self will be so grateful that you did. ❤️

It’s easy to focus on one part of our health while forgetting the other, but our minds and bodies are connected in so many ways. When we’re stressed, our bodies feel it. When we’re taking care of our bodies, our minds often feel stronger too.

That’s why I believe wellness isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about finding balance. Move your body because you love it, not because you hate it. Rest when you need to. Eat foods that make you feel good. Protect your peace.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. The goal is simply to feel a little better than you did yesterday.

Healing isn’t something that happens overnight. Some days you’ll feel like you’ve come so far, and other days old feelings might sneak back in. That doesn’t mean you’re back at square one—it just means you’re still healing.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t about pretending painful things never happened. It’s about learning how to move forward without letting those experiences control your life anymore.

Be patient with yourself. Growth takes time, and every step forward, no matter how small, is still progress. 🌿

For a long time, I thought getting healthy meant making huge changes all at once. What I’ve learned is that it’s really the small things we do every day that make the biggest difference.

A short walk. Drinking more water. Choosing a healthier meal. Getting enough sleep. Those little choices may not feel like much in the moment, but they add up over time.

Your body does so much for you every single day. It deserves to be cared for, not criticized. Progress isn’t about being perfect—it’s about continuing to show up, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

I think one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that mental health isn’t something we should only think about when we’re struggling. It’s something we need to take care of every day, just like we do with our physical health.

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to put ourselves last. We keep pushing through, telling ourselves we’ll slow down later, but eventually our minds let us know we’ve been carrying too much for too long. Sometimes taking care of yourself looks like resting, saying no, asking for help, or simply taking a break without feeling guilty.

You don’t have to have it all together every day. Give yourself the same kindness you’d give someone you love. You deserve that too. 💚

I’m officially open for business and taking new clients. 🖤

This is something I’ve been working toward for a while, and I’m finally ready to say it out loud: my books are open.

I became a Certified Life & Relationship Coach because I know what it feels like to have to rebuild parts of your life from the ground up. Over the last several years, I’ve completely changed my own life—through sobriety, losing over 80 pounds, rebuilding my boundaries, changing my mindset and learning how to move forward when life looks nothing like you thought it would.

That’s why I call myself a Reset Coach.

I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, starting over, working on sobriety or wellness, struggling with boundaries, or simply knowing that something in their life needs to change but not knowing where to start.

My coaching is real, affordable and personal. No judgment. No pretending I have some perfect life. Just honest support, accountability and helping you figure out what needs to change—and how to actually start changing it.
