You’re not alone. 🌸
Many of us were never taught that our needs matter just as much as everyone else’s, and that’s not a character flaw. It’s something that can be unlearned.
Setting boundaries is a skill that can be learned and strengthened with practice.
And like any skill, it takes practice. 🩷

We live in a world that tells us wellness is something we achieve. But what if it's actually something we practice everyday? It looks like choosing water over soda. Saying no when you're overwhelmed. Texting a friend instead of sitting alone with your thoughts. Taking a breath before you react. Going to bed early even when the to-do list isn't done.
Those choices matter. That is wellness.

Did you know men account for nearly 80% of all su***de deaths in the U.S.? Men are 3.5x more likely to die by su***de than women but are less likely to seek mental health support.
It doesn't have to be this way. Inspired Practice LLC is here to help break the stigma around men's mental health. Behind every statistic is a brother, a father, a friend, a son. asking for help is one of the strongest things they can ever do. You are not a burden. You are needed. You are loved.
