Join us as we celebrate two years in our dojang on South Chambers Road. One Saturday morning to open the doors to everybody. Break a real board. Hit the pads. Watch the demos. Meet the family that runs the place. No experience, no uniform, and no commitment required.

You don't need to arrive at a particular time, the floor is busy from 10:00 to noon. But if you want to catch a student demo, aim for 10:30 or 11:15.

Join Mark Farquharson this Saturday, August 1st, at The Latin Holistic Convention of Colorado. A first of its kind event to be held in Denver, bringing practitioners, teachers, masters, speakers, business and community leaders. Its mission is to empower and inspire the Latino community to make healthy and informed decisions regarding their wellbeing.

Mark's session will be focused on Qigong and wellness. After training in Tai Chi and Qigong for over 12 years under Sifu Bill Smith, Mark and his father Dan are now offering a program, Colorado Wellness Studios, for adults focused on Tai Chi, Qigong, stretching, and meditation.

Tang Soo Do, Tai Chi, after-school programs, lightsabers -- yeah, lightsabers -- and a community that shows up for each other. We've been in Aurora since 2012, at our current location for almost 2 years, and we're just getting started.
