Yin Yoga focuses on the body’s connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and fascia by holding poses longer and allowing the body to gently release tension.

🚴‍♀️ Shaking It Up a Little Today!

If you’re looking to add a little more fitness into your day, try doing something different. Maybe walk to an appointment, ride your bike, or find another way to sneak in some extra movement.

Nick is driving my vehicle today, so I’ve been riding my bike back and forth to the gym. I can’t believe how quickly the miles add up just buzzing around town! What started as transportation turned into a pretty good workout.

Movement doesn’t always have to happen in the gym. Sometimes the best exercise is simply finding ways to move more throughout your day.

And there’s still plenty of opportunity to move with us at Tri-Fit today:

A fun, energizing ride that will get your heart pumping.

Join us for 45 minutes of stretching, strengthening, and improving balance, mobility, and core strength. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

✅ Immediately Following Power Yoga
We’ll have a quick 10-minute Boot Camp Accountability Meeting. We’ll celebrate victories, check in on goals, and keep moving forward together.

💪 Pilates with Michele
Right after our accountability meeting, Michele will lead Pilates. If you’ve never tried Pilates before, I highly encourage you to give it a shot. It’s an amazing workout for core strength, posture, balance, and overall body conditioning.

Happy June and let me introduce you to our member of the month Miriam Juzyk❤️❤️. See our comments below .

I love tri-fit….I’ve been a member for a year and a half, and I can assure you that it was the best decision I ever made other than giving my life to Jesus. I love the 6:00 AM classes especially, but there are so many other classes that I very much enjoy! The people I’ve met and the friendships I’ve made are life-changing and the encouragement is so real. If you don’t make it a priority to get to classes, I encourage you to get your butt out of bed or off the couch and show up! You won’t regret it.

⚡️Real talk… if you are consistently in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.
(If you have a medical condition, this may not apply to you, and it’s always wise to work with your doctor.)

Not a starvation diet.

Sometimes the biggest eye opener is simply tracking your food honestly for a few days and seeing where you’re really at. Most people are surprised by how quickly little bites, drinks, and snacks add up.

And while calories matter, so does QUALITY:

✔️ Movement
✔️ Water
✔️ Sleep
✔️ Consistency

I don’t believe in crash diets. I believe in lifestyle change.
My goal is to teach people how to eat in a way they can sustain for the rest of their life — not just for 30 days.

Healthy. Strong. Sustainable.
That’s the goal. 💙

So excited to keep learning and growing. 💙

I recently completed another certification in sound therapy, and I’ll be honest — this has been one of the more challenging things I’ve studied. The deeper I go, the more I realize how much there still is to learn. But it has been absolutely fascinating.

The connection between sound, the nervous system, pain, anxiety, rest, and healing is incredible. Hospitals and even hospice programs are beginning to use sound therapy as part of pain management and calming care, which says so much about the impact it can have on the body and mind.

At Tri-Fit, we’ve always believed wellness is more than just exercise. It’s caring for the whole person — body, mind, and soul. I’m thankful to continue adding tools that can help people slow down, breathe deeply, rest, and heal.

And more exciting news — soon Kristin will be certified as well! 🎶✨

Thank you all for trusting us to keep learning and bringing new things to our little gym in the middle of a cornfield. 💙
