Central Nebraska Striders took on the Chocolate Milk Mile!!

🏃🏻‍♀️ Run 1 lap
🔁 Repeat 3x’s

Although we may have all regretted it by the end it really was a great time, AND NOBODY PUKED!! 🥳🤘🏼

Not many people can say they’d be willing to run such an uncomfortable mile but we all crushed it, great job today guys, you are all ROCKSTARS!! 🔥🤙🏼

Good Morning! A couple of us Central Nebraska Stridders took on the Cornfield Cornfield. We alll planned for a 10k but when storms bring changes, you roll with them. So a 3.3 race it was. Congrats Erin Pinneo Emily Meredith and Abby Siebert, you both rocked it!

🌲🏃🏻‍♀️ Dark Island Trail Half Marathon 🏃🏻‍♀️🌲

4 of our Central Nebraska Striders ran the Dark Island Half this morning! The weather was absolutely beautiful! We ran all the miles, had all the fun, Shayanna Hieb got to cross the finish line of her very first half marathon and we all got to cheer on in doing so!! This is EXACTLY what the Central Nebraska Striders running club is all about. Choosing to do hard things, with like minded people, and CELEBRATING each others wins!! 🥳🙌🏼💛
