Welcome Karielle, Our New Lead Trainer

Karielle Williams began her Pvolve journey in 2022 in Chicago, where she grew into a trainer and leader within the studio. After years of teaching and supporting thousands of members, she relocated to Atlanta in 2025 to join the Pvolve Krog Street Market team.

Now, we’re proud to celebrate her promotion to Lead Trainer. Her passion for community, women’s health, and creating spaces where people feel supported and empowered continues to shape the experience for our members.

For Tina, Pvolve is more than a workout—it’s a place that has delivered more than she ever expected.

It has supported her mobility, stability, and overall fitness, while also giving her a space she genuinely enjoys coming to.

The Krog Street studio is inclusive, encouraging, and uplifting. More than anything, it’s become time for her to focus on herself in the middle of a busy life.
We’re so grateful to have her as part of our community.

We’re wishing a heartfelt farewell to Amber as she begins an exciting new chapter pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Yoga.

Amber has been an integral part of our studio, bringing positive energy, thoughtful leadership, and fun, uplifting classes to our community. She will be deeply missed, and we’re so grateful for the impact she’s had on our members and team.

Please join us in wishing her all the best on this next adventure. 💛

Her final class will be Friday, June 12 at 8:30 AM Sculpt & Cardio. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating her and sending her off with lots of love.

We’ll be cheering you on, Amber, and look forward to seeing you pop into class from time to time!
