Steve Lewis Jr. has over 13 years of valuable experience in the fitness arena working with an array of clientele from athletes, to the average person who is pursuing an increased level of personal health. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA), Sports Nutritionist (ISSA), and Sports Performance Coach with a deep rooted passion for assisting people in reaching their fitness and wellness goals. He believes that conditioning the human body does not solely involve the physical aspect, but to truly be successful, one must also transform their mind. Influenced by his personal experiences as a college athlete as well as his commitment to a healthy lifestyle, Steve utilizes his plethora of knowledge to inspire, motivate and revitalize his client’s lives, one step at a time.
