📍 Week 2, Day 3 — Monday’s 4 Corners Workout 📍
Who says Mondays have to be boring? 💪🏃♀️🔥
Today’s 4 Corners workout kept us on the move with a combination of running and strength stations at each corner. Just when we caught our breath from the run, it was time to tackle the next exercise before heading off to the next station. Round after round, we built strength, endurance, and a little mental toughness along the way.
A big shoutout to Thanh for leading us through a fantastic workout and helping us kick off the week with energy and purpose. Your creativity and encouragement made those corners a little more fun—and a lot more challenging!
Week 2 is underway, and this crew continues to show up, work hard, and support each other every step of the way. That’s how we make Mondays count. 👊
