Every[body] has a story…
Meet Molly ().
Daughter. Sister. Wife. Mom.
A life full of responsibilities, like most.
A year ago, navigating postpartum after her second child, Molly was physically drained, mentally overwhelmed, and constantly moving.
Like many moms, she was used to putting everything, and everyone else, first.
Training became her outlet.
A space to reset.
A way to manage the anxiety that didn’t always have an off switch.
But what Molly needed wasn’t more intensity.
She needed something that was for her.
Something that could evolve with her.
At CYB, her training shifted with her changes.
Less about doing more.
More about doing what matters.
With guidance from her training team, led by Ernest, her workouts became more intentional: built around where she is now, not where she used to be, while integrating other fitness modalities accessibly to her.
Building lean muscle.
Prioritizing recovery.
Re-learning how to breathe.
Because strength, for Molly, looks different now.
It’s knowing when to push, and when to pause.
It’s having control of self, not chasing a PR.
It’s taking a moment to stop and breathe,
something so simple, but not easy when you’re used to always being “on”.
To reset.
To slow down.
To take care of herself, too.
We train real people.
Not trends.
