🔥🔥🔥 CLIENT UPDATE 🔥🔥🔥 Prior to one of our sessions last week, was discouraged because she felt the results weren’t coming fast enough‼️While I understood I had to realize people are going to recognize you’re results before you do. WHY⁉️ We look for instant gratification with our eyes 👀 FIXED on the end goal‼️ goals were different this time around therefore her training regiment had to change. We haven’t done any crazy amount of cardio nor have we restricted 🚫 ourselves to a “diet” that we can’t maintain. Just simple weight training and clean eating‼️ THIS IS ONLY 30 DAYS‼️ Watch how her body changes during this next phase‼️ 💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥SWIPE 👈🏾👈🏾👈🏾
