In response to a recent question on Reddit about job searching as an older worker, I addressed the concern about potential age discrimination in rejections.

Over the past 16 years, a significant number of my clients have been over 50. I advise them that age discrimination is a possibility and encourage them to persist in their job search until they find an employer who recognizes their valuable contributions.
