What another gorgeous weekend at LEAF! I am so grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to introducefolks to the playful side of Acroyoga. From the depths of my heart, I am thankful for everyone's courage and willingness to connect, build trust, be vulnerable, listen to their body and slow down enough to listen to others, communicate their needs, try weird things, and celebrate the creative successes of themselves and others.
