Why do we do Pilates here?
-We do Pilates because we know we feel better when we move.
-We do Pilates to age with more grace and less injury.
-We do Pilates to be stronger in our mind, body, and spirit.
-We do Pilates to know our own personal center and create better personal boundaries.
-We do Pilates here because we love being with our Pilates friends and supporting one another.

Advanced System Teach Training is in full swing. Teacher trainees practice teaching Pilates Advanced Mat: one hundred, corkscrew, and spine twist. These exercises take hours to practice doing and hours to practice teaching safely. Great job!

Join Zee Williams, Mondays at 3:30 pm for Community Pilates. This is a Pilates class that is teachers choice and will be dependent on how many folks sign up. This class is a slightly reduced rate for folks who need Pilates to be a little more affordable. Zee will surprise you every time.
