☀️ Summer training isn’t about checking a box.
Anyone can show up to a workout. Anyone can get tired. Anyone can sweat.
But getting better requires more than effort. It requires purpose.
The best athletes don’t just work hard. They work hard on the right things.
They follow a plan, train weaknesses, progress over time, receive coaching, learn technique, and understand why they’re doing what they’re doing. 📈
👉🏼 One athlete counts reps. Another athlete makes reps count.
👉🏼 One athlete finishes the workout. Another athlete attacks the workout with intention.
Hard work matters.
But hard work multiplied by intentional coaching and purposeful programming is where real growth happens. 💪🏼
