Good Shepherd Health System is offering free physicals to Plainview athletes grades 6th-12th. Save the date!

Physical forms can be picked up from your head coach. They will also be available at the activity center.

Reminder that dead week starts Saturday. Final Boys summer track workouts will be July 7 and July 9.

Summer workouts will be tomorrow and next week and will resume after dead week (7/7). The track will be closed during dead week.
