Congratulations to all the athletes who competed in the 2026 AAU Taekwondo District & Regional Championships on May 16, 2026! 🥋

The Mid-Atlantic District Championship, held at Dock Mennonite Academy in Lansdale, PA, brought together incredible talent, discipline, and sportsmanship from across the region. As an A1-rated event and primary national qualifier for the 2026 AAU National Championships, athletes showcased their skills in Olympic sparring, sport poomsae, open traditional forms, and breaking.

You are the heartbeat behind the dream.

Whether your child wins or loses, starts or sits, shines or struggles your love 💗 teaches resilience, confidence, perseverance, and belief. You are raising humans who know what it means to commit, to rise, and to keep going.

To every “mom” on the sidelines single moms, working moms, grandmothers, stepmoms, adoptive moms, bonus moms, aunties, guardians, and every woman showing up with love 💗 this journey belongs to you too.
